Description
Detailed design development post DA Approval & co-ordination of consultants. Full gate review & approval process managed in consultation with Mission Australia Housing (MAH) project team & relevant partners.
Through construction, weekly site inspections, Quality inspections, monthly WH&S Audits & Project Control Group meetings.
Communication with PCA/BCA Consultant on certification & compliance matters.
Communication with Architect & sub-consultants with Requests for Information.
Monitoring approval conditions & ensuring compliance with MAH specifications.
