Brodie has over 30 years of experience delivering successful projects on behalf of clients across a broad range of sectors. His portfolio spans projects valued from under $1 million to greater than $100 million.
He brings a well-rounded perspective, having delivered projects both as a contractor and in client-side project management roles. He also gained international experience in London, where he was embedded within Deutsche Bank’s Global Markets division to develop strategic initiatives supporting sustained growth. Brodie’s project experience is variesd across commercial building (base building and fitout), hospitality, data centres and residential (private and social housing).
More recently, Brodie has led the delivery of large and complex school projects within live operating environments, working across both government and private education sectors.
Brodie’s key strengths include project and program leadership, navigating planning approvals and effectively managing design and construction to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.

Caroline is a Civil Engineering graduate from Brazil with hand-on experience conducting site inspections and preparing legal documents.

Ella is a dedicated, vibrant and self-motivated Industrial Engineer with a strong track record in project coordinating. Experienced in working in diverse projects, ranging from construction and reconstruction to manufacturing, she is also skilled in utilising a variety of applications for monitoring and controlling processes and analysing data. Ella prioritises communication and collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Upon her arrival in Australia, Ella committed to a career in project management by commencing a TAFE course and an
internship with SPM. She is now a full-time Assistant Project Manager and an invaluable resource across many of our
projects. Passionate about learning and professional growth, Ella is focused on continuously enhancing her project management skills, with a particular interest in construction projects.

Emiliano is an experienced Project Manager with over 8 years of experience across both construction and client-side project management, having delivered projects spanning residential, education, commercial, aged care, heritage, and hospitality sectors.
Comfortable across all stages of project delivery — from concept and design management through to procurement and construction, Emiliano brings a well-rounded and adaptable approach to every project he leads.
A hallmark of Emiliano’s practice is his communication style. Known for his directness and clarity, he firmly believes that good communication is the foundation of effective problem-solving. His ability to cut through complexity and engage stakeholders with honesty and confidence ensures that issues are identified early and resolved efficiently.

Karim is a senior construction professional with over 35 years of continuous industry experience in Australia and USA delivering commercial, education, health, infrastructure, mixed-use, residential and projects. His project experience exceeds AUD $2.3 billion and includes senior leadership roles in construction together with client-side Project Director appointments. He has built a rounded capability spanning contractor delivery, developer-side direction, and independent construction management across the full project lifecycle.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. From his years as a tradesman through to holding a builder’s licence and employment as a site supervisor, he has overseen numerous projects from residential to commercial and Government projects, and ranging from site works to project management, contract administration and site supervision

Dean has over 30 years’ experience in the property, development and construction industry delivering a wide range of specialist and critical state and national infrastructure projects. Dean has become a source expert for selection of Procurement Models, Contract Documentation and approach to market to achieve State and Commonwealth outcomes. Dean’s passion is working on unique projects such as the Sydney Wildlife World, Qantas New Line Maintenance Facility or large government sponsored roll outs such as the Nation Building Economic Stimulus Plan. These are typically projects that don’t get repeated and are a once in a life-time experience. His strengths are in the leadership and development of project goals, strategy and delivery systems, whilst managing the wide array of people and professionals required for success.

Ian has been involved in the construction industry for over 40 years, working at the top of his field as General Manager for one of Australia’s top tier building companies. Ian’s strengths, outside a comprehensive knowledge of construction, are in project delivery and commercial risk management. His experience, both at project and corporate level, is in the management of commercial contracts at every stage of delivery. He is committed to quality and compliant project delivery and has a working knowledge of industry planning and cost control systems. Ian works as an industry expert in project planning, procurement, contracts, Expert Determination and Adjudication.

Birdieis a highly competent, motivated, organised individual who thrives on working collaboratively in a team environment to ensure a high quality project outcome.
During his time in Project Management, Birdie has worked closely with Project Directors, refining the skills necessary to deliver successful outcomes such as people management, risk management, quality control, planning, scheduling and Contract Administration. Over the past 5 years he has predominantly worked on social and affordable housing projects, allowing him the opportunity to deliver much needed additional housing for the community, something he has found rewarding and is very proud of.

Felipe has a civil engineering degree and has worked within the construction industry for over 15 years; both in Brazil and in Australia (since 2018). He has worked as a client-side managing projects for the past 5 years, with experience across retail, aged care and residential sectors.
Felipe is passionate about project management and enjoys working as part of a team to deliver projects from inception through to the operational phase.
Felipe finds reward in delivering high quality and sustainable projects which provide economic benefits for local communities and businesses.

Matthew is an experienced and versatile individual with more than 14 years’ experience across multiple sectors of construction. A Construction Management student at UNSW and project manager for a local construction company, he has the ability to coordinate multiple simultaneous projects and deliver them on time and on budget. His highly flexible skill set has been used across a range of projects, from small residential renovations to commercial hotels.
