A new group home development at Woods Road, South Windsor, delivered for Link Wentworth Housing — comprising four one-bedroom units and two offices, providing supported accommodation designed around the needs of its residents.
Located within the Hawkesbury Shire, the project navigated significant flood-planning constraints during design, requiring an extensive flood study report for SES approval, alongside extensive consultation with local stakeholders and the community to suit the home’s intended use.
Signature Project Management managed the project from contractor procurement through to completion.
