Stone Gate Estate in St Ives is a social housing development delivered for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, comprising 18 general living units — seven two-bedroom and eleven one-bedroom homes.
Signature Project Management delivered the project through the construction and post-construction phases, providing project management and contract administration services as Principal’s Authorised Person under the GC21 contract, and managed the full gate review and approval process in consultation with the LAHC design team and relevant partners.
