The Challenges
The project team worked collaboratively to overcome the obstacles presented by building during COVID-19. The project was also affected by tenancy relocation issues, resulting in a delay in construction commencement. A fair contractual outcome was negotiated during the project, allowing for timely delivery of the second stage by the contractor.
