The entire site was subject to geotechnical reclassification during construction that determined high moisture levels due to the underground coal seam found to be present below the site.

Full design development & coordination of consultants from concept through to completion. Full gate review & approval process managed in consultation with LAHC design team & relevant partners. Through construction, undertake weekly site inspections, Quality Inspections, monthly WH&S Audits & Project Control Group meetings. Communication with PCA/BCA Consultant on certification & compliance matters. Communication with Architect & sub-consultants with Requests for Information. Monitoring approval conditions & ensuring compliance with LAHC specifications.
Handover achieved on time & under budget.
Construction completed in May 2020.
