Congratulations to our long-time client, 16MC Developments, for winning the Best Low-Rise Waterfront Development Award in the recent PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Australia).

This prestigious award was bestowed on 16MC’s newly completed Wanda View development, at Salamander Bay NSW, proudly managed by Signature Project Management.

Our Principal, Dean Gavrilovic, was delighted to not only attend the event with 16MC’s Ke Lu, but honoured to have been asked by Ke to join him on stage in collecting the award, which represents the strong relationship, developed over the last 11 years across several projects.

The Sydney Kids Committee continues to make a real difference by raising vital funds to purchase much-needed equipment for the Sydney Children’s Hospital.

We’re excited to announce that Matthew Poss has joined Signature Project Management as a Project Manager!

Matthew has proven skills in simultaneously managing multiple projects — delivering them on time and within budget — which is a testament to his professionalism and dedication. His technical skills and strategic thinking have developed from his completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management at UNSW.

With over 17 years of experience across various sectors of the construction industry, he will add depth to the talent at SPM, in particular the expertise amongst the team in the Commercial, retail and hospitality sectors.

We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the impact he’ll make across our projects and partnerships.
