Warrick Lane

All projects

The redevelopment of the Warrick Lane precinct in Blacktown’s CBD transformed a redundant on-grade carpark into a vibrant mixed-use civic precinct for Blacktown City Council.

The $76.5 million project delivered a new four-level, 482-space underground carpark; a public plaza built over the carpark with a play area, green-wall façade and a new pocket park; two mixed-use commercial/retail buildings (a single-storey and a four-storey); traffic light and intersection upgrades at Campbell and Main Streets; a new internal road connection to Sunnyholt Road; services upgrades including a new substation and watermain; and the decontamination and subdivision of four new superlots for future development by Council.

Signature Project Management led the project from development management, feasibility and business case formulation, through engagement and management of the multi-disciplinary consultant team, stakeholder management, management of the DA and subsequent approvals, tender and contractor procurement, and superintendent of the Early Works, Demolition and Design & Construct contracts under AS4902.
