A social housing development at the corner of Macquarie and Schroder Streets, Gateshead, delivered for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation — comprising ten apartments (four one-bedroom and six two-bedroom homes).
The project navigated a geotechnical reclassification during delivery. Signature Project Management provided project management and contract administration through to completion in June 2019.
