Hickory Road, Gateshead is a seniors living development for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation, comprising ten units — six two-bedroom and four one-bedroom homes —.
The entire site was subject to geotechnical reclassification during construction, which identified high moisture levels from an underground coastal seam beneath the site and required a full redesign of the ground-floor structural slabs — challenges compounded by significant inclement weather.
Signature Project Management provided project management and contract administration through to completion in June 2019.
