The Edward Street project involved the refurbishment and extension of an existing heritage building in Brisbane into a new commercial office over four floors and a basement, delivered for RT Health.
A key challenge was maintaining the building’s critical heritage features throughout the works. Signature Project Management’s role spanned due diligence, DA and design management, procurement, delivery and superintendent services.
