LOCATION: 95 Edward St, Brisbane                                       

Prepare a due diligence report on the potential of three different properties for the use of a health insurance providers premises. The client based their purchasing decision on these reports.

The brief was to refurbish and upgrade the existing heritage-listed building and comply with the current building codes of Australia. We also had to ensure the property is sympathetic to the heritage listing which made DA more challenging.

As the project included adding in optical and dental to the premises, it changed the classification of the building, which meant ensuring we met all the council requirements of this new classification. This project is ongoing.

ROLE: Project Manager. Engaged to prepare the pre-purchase report and due diligence, Development Application, design, procurement and delivery.
