CLIENT: St George Community Housing

LOCATION: 148-150 Great Western Highway, Westmead

Westmead – Purchased by St George Community Housing under the banner of affordable housing the challenge was that we needed to increase the yield on the site above and beyond what was forecasted when the site was purchased.

They bought a vacant block; we were brought in at the end of 2013 for a six-month period to do the initial design management, engaging all of the consultants, and preparing the initial briefs for each consultant, as well as engaging with Council to see what could be done on the site.
