Prospect Street, Rosehill – 51 unit residential development. This project included full development management and project management services including assisting the client in finding the site with multiple feasibility reports, tendering the construction, and engaging the sales team.

The main challenge with this property was that it was purchased with an ineffective DA, so it required some re-designing to make the property more appealing, cost effective and most importantly profitable.

COST: $3.6M

ROLE: Project Manager. Engaged to prepare the pre-purchase report and due diligence, Development Application, design, procurement and delivery.
